FAQs

A monthly 90-minute session that’s hosted every fourth Tuesday of the month during the programme. The purpose of these sessions is for you to practice coaching and get immediate feedback from your peers. We’ll break into groups of threes, where each person will play the role of the coach, the client, and the observer. You’ll each take 20 minutes to coach each other. Once the 20 minutes is up, the client and observer will give 3-minute feedback to the person playing the role of the coach.

Small group sessions (3 to 6 coaches per pod group) hosted twice a month for fifty minutes during the programme.

If you want to be held accountable for producing results then your seminar group coaching call and pod meeting are the place to create a game and let people help you move forward in winning the game. 

If you get stuck in any area, your group becomes the place to get yourself clear and back in the game. 

The pod groups are a very safe environment that lets all of us move freely on our journey to build a coaching company that provides and inspires.

A weekly 60-minute group session that’s hosted on Mon, Wed and Fri during the programme.

The One Hour Coach is about connecting, inviting, starting conversation and learning how to be in a space with that energy and be laser-focused for an hour.

By doing this 1 hour a day, three times a week, you’re going to get the job done. You’ll be in an environment that’s supportive of creating high-paying clients.
