If you are looking to set up a coaching business HPC are extremely unique in their approach. They literally coach you through the process and create a very cohesive group setting where all participants create amazing friendships and groups off the back of the course. I think there key skill is making coaches see the value they have and then give coaching the nuts and bolts of how to start their coaching businesses in a very psychologically secure environment. Profound breakthroughs with the limiting beliefs I had engrained from childhood.

A really engaging day and despite there being over 100 people attending, the day felt very personal. The day was broken up with a variety of speakers and interactive break-out room sessions and an authentic guest speaker. During the day a number of people had important breakthroughs during personalised coaching sessions. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone who has an interest in coaching!

A great workshop with a couple of surprises where the rules for a free workshop get broken. First is there really is useful content here, actual training, and secondly while you’d expect a fee workshop to be selling it was the most gentle selling I’ve ever experienced.
