High Performance Coach workshop is everything I needed as a Coach and more. They say a coach needs a coach well this workshop is the ideal opener for their training in HPC. The breakthroughs and discussions held in this workshop exceeded my expectations. I saw great coaching ! I was able to reaffirm my willingness to believe in myself and my clients. I’m 9 weeks into the Launch program for coaches who are ready to take the business side of ‘doing your own thing’ more seriously and I’ve already created amazing results which started immediately after my enrollment call with Caroline on the HPC team. She helped me to shift some limiting beliefs about money and made it so much easier for me to make my proposal to prospective clients. Since that day I’ve signed up 6 high fee clients and I’ve landed a partnership agreement with another coach for 3months of work. And better than all of that and the income that comes with it…I finally feel like I know what I’m doing. I have a system to follow and a community to lean on. If you’re ready to do the work and have the breakthroughs you need to make your business grow then join the program.

HPC is all about leading by example, or even better learning by example! It is an inspiration to watch how through interactive workshops and sessions where each participant gets a chance to be coached and have breakthroughs walls and barriers to growing one’s business dissappear. I love to see the how personality gets in the interplay with the similar process they all follow and creates results. Great investment!

We were present in the “here and now.” Max, the workshop leader, was determined and kind to any questions we shared with him. The group was encouraging, the feedback took the case makers forward. I have proven my own value, to support and accompany my clients as a co-creator with my presence and condensed into all my knowledge. The most effective way to develop is self-reflection 🙂
